Peats Bite is located at Sunny Corner on the beautiful Hawkesbury River approximately an hour drive North of Sydney. As the property is water access only the closest roads are located at Brooklyn, just off the F3 freeway. From here we can arrange boat transfers which take approximately 15 - 25 minutes.

Directions to Kangaroo Point (Brooklyn) from Sydney
Kangaroo Point is located at Brooklyn, which is approximately one hour north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The best route is along the Pacific Highway to Wahroonga where you follow the signs to turn right onto the F3 (sydney-Newcastle) Freeway.
Once on the Freeway:

• - Continue North for approximately 23 Km (approx 15mins) and go over the Brooklyn Bridge which crosses the Hawkesbury River.
• - At the end of the bridge take the Mooney Mooney/Brooklyn exit
• - Follow the road under the freeway and turn right to Brooklyn
• - Head south back over the Hawkesbury River but now on the Pacific Highway (at this point you are heading back in the opposite direction towards Sydney)
• - Then, 50m after the end of the steel truss part of the bridge, turn left at the signposted 'Luxury Afloat Houseboats / Kangaroo Point Cruise Terminal'
• - Find a spot to park your car on the side of the road - parking is free in the area

Boat owners are welcome to use our large pontoon or drop anchor in the safe waters out front and we can arrange pick up by tender. Sunny Corner is approximately 6 kms up river from Brooklyn, on the Southern side of the river opposite Bar Island.
