Peats Bite is a family nurtured business operating since the early 80’s. We pride ourselves in welcoming guests to our beautiful part of the Hawkesbury River and making them feel as though they’ve arrived home.

Peats Bite is dedicated to fresh local produce. We create new seasonal dishes whilst staying true to our style. Our menu is designed to be enjoyed over several hours so you have plenty of time to relax and take in not only the food but the venue and entertainment.
Staying on the Hawkesbury
You could be anywhere in the world but in fact you are only an hour from Sydney’s CBD. Our five spacious loft bungalows are right on the water’s edge. Designed for the short getaway our rooms are the perfect romantic escape or a special location for a group getaway. Boat owners we also have a large floating pontoon for overnight use.
WELCOME TO PEATS BITE
Peats Bite offers five waterfront bungalows. Large sliding doors open to the river and views of the surrounding national parks. Relax and listen to the splash of fish and lapping water under the deck. These spacious north facing bungalows are suitable for one couple however for group bookings the king size daybed is perfect for additional accommodation.
Peats Bite is about relaxing and enjoying the river. There is a large in ground pool and plenty of lawn and garden to lounge on.
